I had my vehicle towed to Nelson to replace the alternator initially. An option I thought of was to trade my car in and take the loss of value instead of putting money into the repair. The people at the service counter are very courteous and try to help out any way they can. Our car would not start. They sent a tow truck to pick it up and did not charge us for the tow. We had the free use of a loaner while our car was serviced. We had to get a new engine control module and the price was discounted. Very pleased with the whole transaction.

Overall a good experience but my salesman was not knowledgable. I purchased a cx-5 and was told the price was lower because it was a demo vehicle. Truth is the vehicle was less expensive because it’s front wheel drive. I called ahead of time to schedule the test drive and when I arrived the car was not even close to ready. This team is always so helpful and friendly, and they are never pushy. They were especially helpful when, after my car was repaired after an accident at a body shop, I was having issues with my key fob. While my car was there for an oil change and tire rotation, they talked to the body shop to tell them how the connection worked inside the door panel so I could take it back. They could have insisted on doing repairs but didn’t.
Wonderful experience here and Ryan was extremely helpful and really broke it all down and explained it to me so I understood what I was getting into and he made me feel comfortable with the car I was getting. Definitely recommending him to all my family and friends!
My experience with Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro was good. The only flaw in the process is their policy of not mailing the owner's manual I requested. This seems petty and will cause me to drive 60+ miles to retrieve same.

I went to two dealerships looking for my Mazda. The first I felt the vultures were waiting for attack on my arrival. They played with the numbers and added costs on top of MSRP.
