I had an amazing experience at Nelson Mazda while getting service done on my car. The employee I worked with was Christian, and he was super accommodating, especially as I am younger, and this was my first time with car trouble! Not only was the technician super thorough with my car, but Christian was very transparent and open about the best course of action for my car. Whenever I found myself overwhelmed, he great at helping me understand what was happening. He was an amazing help, evening hooking me up with discounts and just making the process so much easier!

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to this time. I went to look for a car yesterday and had the best help. Nic helped me out tremendously and help me find the dream car , I was not able to get it at the moment but that didn’t stop him from still reaching out to me and letting me know everything I could do. Orlando also came up to talk to me and they both helped me out even when I did not purchase a car. Let’s just say now I will be going back in a few months to get the car simply because of the patience and help that I received from Nic. This is the only place I plan on ever buying another car.

We took our 2014 CX-9 in for a major tune-up. We were treated like we had a brand new car the tune-up went perfectly and the car runs like it's brand new.

Updated: Was contacted by the General Manager, Randy. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our new car. Good customer service does exist. One person, one price...nonsense. We were passed to three different sales people. Ultimately sold a car that sales person number 2 said had all of the features listed in the description only to find out that it did not after we closed the deal. Tried to come up with a solution to this problem but since they are a "one price" dealership (their words) nothing could be done except return the car and pay a $500 restocking fee. That one price was for a car that had all the features! Manager wouldn't even come speak with us. We love Mazda just not Nelson Mazda of Murfreesboro. We'll be getting so many free car washes it's going to be ridiculous!!!

My husband and I have been searching for a car and weren't sure as to what type car to get. We are in our late 60's and therefore wanted to do a lot of research as probably the last car we buy. We were so impressed with our sales person John Travis and enjoyed dealing with him very much. He was so kind when I kept coming back and testing the seats and looking over this car. We ended up not buying an suv and decided on a van instead, but even then, John was precious and told us at any point he'd love to help us and thankful we tried them out. It was not his fault Mazda needs to increase the back seat space of the CX90 for American adult size legs :) We also wanted to do business with Nelson as they are unashamed Christian people and we love that! If your gonna buy a Mazda, John and Nelson Mazda is a great place to buy!

Great experience buying a 2024 CX from Nelson Mazda. Nick who was the salesperson I worked with was straight forward and extremely helpful making a difficult decision. The process was enjoyable (in most instances this is not the case when buying a new vehicle) and was without any sales pressure. Outstanding dealership. First service on new suv. The video tour of your own car is interesting and is a good idea. I had an electrical issue since the purchase that could not be diagnosed however this time it was found and corrected.

My car developed an issue with the AC and I was absolutely dreading having to bring it in because i was expecting to have pushback getting it covered under my extended warranty. When i arrived i was met by Christian Anda who listened and took my concerns seriously. Within an hour the issue was diagnosed and Christian already had the repair claim sorted for me. It was all so easy and my stress completely melted away. Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience. edit: I also want to thank Zach Jacobs who was the technician that diagnosed my issue as well!

Just bought a new CX-5 from Nelson Mazda and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Buying a car is a long, stressful process at times, but the staff at Nelson are great people to be around, and are fun, respectful, and not pushy as one might expect from a typical car dealership. Importantly, my trade-in value offer was very fair. Shoutout to John Travis for helping me throughout the process. Highly recommend.
